We know do the same basic process but with our skills.

This is a little harder than brainstorming what we love doing.

The reason for for this is that we often don’t know what we’re good at.

Or, more accurately, once we’re good at something we stop thinking about it as something we are good at.

It becomes a given.

For example you might be a whizz at Excel. But because you are so good at Excel you no longer really think of it as a skill. It’s just…using Excel!
