What will you learn
My intention with this course and community is to guide you through a comprehensive yet focused action plan that will guide you as you build your online business.
With the right blueprint the complex becomes simple.
We are going to be focusing on one framework that will get you to the point of having a scalable online business foundation.
This course is split into a number of modules. They are meant to be tackled sequentially as they build one upon the next.
The main reason online businesses fail is that they don’t have product-market fit.
In other words either the market (buyers) does not exist or the product created for the market isn’t wanted.
We need to create a product that an existing market actually wants. Sounds simple but this is why most people fail.
To tackle this problem we use a framework I developed called BATON - Business, Audience, Tribe, Offer, Network.
This will be covered in more detail later. All you need to know now is that we first lock down the business niche, we build up an audience of people who may be interested in what we have to offer, we convert them into a tribe of loyal fans and then and only then do we present our offer (products and services).
Most first-time businesses start with their offer just sort of hope for the best that there’s a receptive market out there. Guess what? There rarely is!
The BATON (Business, Audience, Tribe, Offer, Network) framework is a remedy to this.
This BATON framework forms the spine of my last course. This course had over 26,000 students:
I’ll break this course up into one foundational module along with 5 core Modules which follow the BATON framework.
In Module 0: Getting to Grips with AI I’ll be focusing on how AI changes the game for entrepreneurs. This module acts as an introduction to AI and how best to use it. It’s a foundational module make sure everyone is up to speed with these miraculous new technologies.
In Module 1: Deciding your Business Niche we focus on your business idea and, more importantly, identifying your market. Ideas are cheap - we want to look at lots of ideas and work out which ones have the highest chance of success. We’ll leverage AI to make this research and decision making process extremely efficient.
In Module 2: Building Your Audience we begin to communicate with future customers. All businesses rely on being known and visible in front of prospects. We get a jump on this by building our audience early so when we are ready to launch we have built-in buyers. Importantly we also use our audience to decide and refine our products.
We use AI to formulate our content strategy, create content and engage with the audience.
In Module 3: Converting to a Tribe we work on upgrading our audience to tribe members. These are people who don’t just casually see us on social media but have taken the active step of raising their hands and saying “yes I’m interested”. These people want to hear more from us so we move them to another location where we can continue the conversation.
We’ll deploy AI here for more in-depth content to deepen our relationship with our potential customers, preparing them for the next stage.
In Module 4: Deploying a Killer Offer we finally make the sale. We are now known, liked and trusted by our prospects so making the sale becomes easy. We’ve done the foundational work and now we reap the benefits. Now the sales can begin on autopilot.
I’ll show you how to come up with product ideas and use AI to rapidly deploy multiple offerings, work out the best ones and double down.
In Module 5: Scaling with Network Effects we’ll start by consolidating all the previous work into an easy to use and automated system. AI automation, scaling and systemisation are what lots of entrepreneurs jump straight to. But what are they automating? They haven’t made anything yet. Instead we automate once our business is up and running.
We’ll then look at how we can scale the business both horizontally and vertically. Horizontal scaling is opening up our market broader to more and more people. Vertical scaling is making more offers to the same market. We’ll combine both to scale in two directions and compound our business growth and revenues.
