Let's start by revisiting our funnel. Remember, this isn't just about offers - it's about the entire BATON process. Specifically:

1. Business: Identifying customer problems

2. Audience: Creating content (from wide, surface-level to detailed) to address their problems

3. Tribe: Lead magnets and email list building off the back of content

4. Offer: Core product, premium product, service

This funnel takes your customer on a journey from first encountering your brand to becoming a high-value client.

Let's look at an example using weight loss as the customer problem

1. Business: Identifying that customers struggle with sustainable weight loss

2. Audience: Creating content on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes

3. Tribe: Offering a free "7-Day Meal Plan" lead magnet to build an email list

I’ve recommended certain tools like beehiiv and Gumroad but chances are you are using different platforms. Because of this we need an integration plan that matches your tech stack.
