The thing is, private parking companies rake in about £5 million daily from tickets, yet hardly anyone contests them — despite having a 40-45% success rate if you do. The information gap is massive, and these companies profit from people simply not knowing how to fight back. So I built something dead simple: upload your parking ticket, answer a few questions, and out pops a properly formatted appeal letter citing all the right legislation. The whole build took maybe an hour using Claude for planning and Lovable for the actual vibe coding. OCR scans the ticket details, you select your grounds for appeal, add your story, and the AI generates a professional letter referencing things like the Traffic Management Act 2004. I'm thinking of releasing it free with optional donations to cover API costs, because subscriptions make zero sense when people only get parking tickets occasionally.
