Rather than just standing on stage for 90 minutes, I wanted to give attendees proper hands-on exercises, so I built a micro tool in about 15 minutes using Cursor that helps people outline their own AI workshops. The whole thing lives on my website now, and honestly, the technical implementation isn't going to win any awards, but that's entirely the point. What's actually interesting here isn't the tool itself — it's the concept of spinning up these quick micro tools to supplement talks, meetings, or any situation where you're sharing expertise. I essentially had a chat with GPT to spec out what I needed, threw it into Cursor, and had a working workshop builder that takes people through choosing their audience, defining learning outcomes, and generating a full session outline. Could add an email capture to it as well, turn it into a proper lead magnet. The barrier to doing this sort of thing has basically disappeared, which feels quietly significant.
