Harvard Business Review coined the term "work slop" - AI-generated content that looks professional but lacks substance and creates more work for colleagues. While 95% of top-down AI initiatives fail according to MIT, grassroots AI adoption by individual employees is actually 83% successful. The real issue isn't AI itself, but lazy workers using it to be more productively lazy, shifting the burden to their coworkers who have to fix the mess.
