Still quiet on the AI news front! So I did an impromptu presentation on something I think is massive for 2026: teaching businesses how to use AI.

Here’s the full training for you:

I’ve made the entire slide deck available here for you + more resources: https://aiwithkyle.com/resources/ai-workshop-guide as well as a full free course on how to get started.

Again, this is NOT about being technical. In fact being too technical is a problem! It makes it much harder for you to communicate why AI is so important to people in your community, industry and niche.

That comes from you acting as a translator. Not an AI expert:

I’m also giving another webinar about this subject on Thursday 6pm UK time. You can register free here: https://aiwithkyle.com/ai-workshop-series/webinar

Kyle's response: Both work. Online you typically charge a bit less, but there's no travel and you can do multiple in a day. The main difference is exercises - you'll need to use breakout rooms, which gets fiddly with larger groups. I personally prefer in-person now, but I know plenty of people who only do online and do very well.

Member Question from Lani: "Can you prerecord workshops?"

Kyle's response: I wouldn't recommend it to start. The whole point of a workshop is applied learning - getting people to actually do the thing, not just watch someone talk about it. HR departments need to show their staff gained skills, not that they were sent a video link. You can sell prerecorded training programmes later, but use the live workshop as your entry point.
