Email Whitelisting Guide

Make sure you receive all our emails by adding us to your safe senders list.

Whitelist this email address:

Gmail

Method 1: Create a Filter (Recommended)

This is the most reliable way to ensure our emails never go to spam.

  1. 1Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select See all settings
  2. 2Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab and click Create a new filter
  3. 3In the From field, enter: aiwithkyle@mail.beehiiv.com
  4. 4Click Create filter
  5. 5Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam"
  6. 6Click Create filter to save

Method 2: Add to Contacts

A quick way to signal to Gmail that you trust this sender.

  1. 1Open any email from us
  2. 2Hover over the sender's name at the top
  3. 3Click Add to Contacts

Gmail Mobile App

Filters can only be created on desktop. On mobile, if you find our email in Spam, tap the three dots and select "Report not spam" or "Move to Inbox".

Apple Mail

macOS (Mac Mail App)

Option A: Add to Contacts or VIPs

  1. 1Open an email from us
  2. 2Click on the sender's email address at the top
  3. 3Select "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs"

Option B: Create a Mail Rule (Most Reliable)

  1. 1Go to Mail > Settings > Rules
  2. 2Click Add Rule
  3. 3Set condition: "From" "Contains" aiwithkyle@mail.beehiiv.com
  4. 4Set action: "Move Message" to "Inbox"
  5. 5Click OK to save

iPhone / iPad (iOS Mail App)

  1. 1Open the Mail app
  2. 2Go to Mailboxes > Junk
  3. 3Find and open our email
  4. 4Tap the folder icon at the bottom
  5. 5Select Inbox to move the email

This trains the Mail app that future emails from us should go to your inbox.

Microsoft Outlook

Outlook Web (Outlook.com)

  1. 1Click the gear icon and select View all Outlook settings
  2. 2Go to Mail > Junk email
  3. 3Under "Safe senders and domains", click + Add
  4. 4Enter: aiwithkyle@mail.beehiiv.com
  5. 5Click Save

Outlook Desktop App (Windows)

  1. 1On the Home tab, click Junk > Junk E-mail Options
  2. 2Go to the "Safe Senders" tab
  3. 3Click Add
  4. 4Enter: aiwithkyle@mail.beehiiv.com
  5. 5Click OK to save

Quick method: Right-click any email from us, select Junk > Never Block Sender

Outlook Mobile App

The Outlook mobile app doesn't allow direct safe sender management. Please use Outlook on the web to add safe senders.

Still not receiving our emails?

Check your spam/junk folder and move any emails from us to your inbox. This helps train your email provider.
